Empowering Students

We partner with Sacramento State to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities related to their major. Through Mindy’s Kitchen, students can earn college credit, build practical skills, and gain valuable real-world experience that prepares them for their future careers. These are currently enrolled students in a business or communications program whose courses have been selected to participate in this partnership.

We provide students the experience to learn beyond the classroom! These skills and experiences include but not limited to:

  • Event Planning

  • Networking

  • Marketing & Communication Plans

  • Project Management

  • Social Media Campaigns

  • Graphic Design

  • and more!

I hold a Business degree in Finance and Risk Management Insurance from CSUS, where I am also currently in my second-to-last semester of the MBA program. My core strengths are turning data into actionable insights and effectively presenting those findings. In my free time, I enjoy golf, baseball, and spending time outdoors. I have also been vegan for 10+ years!

I leverage technology to improve systems and solve operational challenges. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, and I am now pursuing my MBA to strengthen my business intelligence, team leadership, and client collaboration skills. 

 Outside of work and study, I’m deeply interested in emerging tech, particularly 3D design and fabrication.

I’m a proud Sacramento native! I am born and raised here and am a huge Kings fan. I will savor the day when we make the playoffs again. My goals for the MBA program are to develop into a more impactful leader, learn from great professors, and collaborate with brilliant peers. On the weekends, my wife and I spend time with our friends and try new food places.

I have background in leadership, program management, workforce development, and continuous process improvement. I served 12 years in the United States Air Force in Aircraft Structural Maintenance and Education & Training Management, and has led training and workforce development programs in healthcare. I hold BA in Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I’m passionate about improving processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing practical solutions to improve organizational performance. Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing video games, attending music festivals, and spending time with my wife and three cats.

I earned my BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and two minors in Marketing and Real Estate from CSUS, where I am also pursuing my MBA in Finance and plan to graduate in Spring 2027. One of my strengths is my willingness to challenge myself and take on things that may seem difficult. I enjoy finding ways to make the impossible possible and turning unexpected challenges into opportunities. I'm always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

Tammy Saechao, Sales Coordinator

I am a Marine Corps veteran with 8 years of supply chain and logistics experience. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Nutritional Coach and spent a few years as an independent personal trainer while completing my undergrad degree. Currently, I am a Sales Coordinator for distribution company where I track KPIs for sales analysis, product analysis, sales support, and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders on daily operations. I hold a BS in Business Administration, General Management.
